The Sellrn analytics dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your store is performing — from traffic and sessions to revenue and conversion rate. Access it at Dashboard → Analytics.

Key metrics explained

MetricWhat it means
SessionsNumber of individual visits to your storefront. One person visiting three times = 3 sessions.
Unique visitorsNumber of distinct people who visited (estimated using cookies).
Page viewsTotal number of pages loaded across all sessions.
Bounce ratePercentage of visitors who left without interacting. High bounce = weak landing page or slow load time.
Conversion ratePercentage of sessions that resulted in a completed order. Industry average is 1–3%.
RevenueTotal order value (after discounts, before refunds) in the selected period.
Average order value (AOV)Revenue ÷ number of orders. Increasing AOV is often easier than increasing traffic.

Date range

Use the date picker in the top-right to select any period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month, or a custom range. All metrics update for the selected period.

Traffic sources

The Traffic sources chart shows where your visitors come from:

  • Direct — typed your URL directly or came from a bookmark.
  • Organic search — found you via Google or other search engines.
  • Social — clicked a link on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Email — clicked a link in an email campaign.
  • Referral — came from another website linking to you.
  • Paid — clicked a paid ad (requires UTM parameters on your ad URLs).

Top pages

The Top pages table shows which pages receive the most traffic and which have the highest time-on-page. Low time-on-page on a product page often signals that the page is not compelling — improve images or description and recheck.

Top products

The Top products table shows which products generate the most revenue and have the highest add-to-cart rate. Use this to decide which products to feature on your homepage and in marketing campaigns.

Sales over time

The revenue chart shows sales by day, week, or month. Look for patterns:

  • Spikes on specific days may correspond to email sends or social posts.
  • Weekly dips on certain days are common (e.g. weekends vs. weekdays, depending on your audience).
  • Month-over-month growth is the most important trend to track early on.

Connecting Google Analytics

For more advanced reporting (heatmaps, user flow, demographic data), connect Google Analytics 4 in Settings → Integrations → Google Analytics. Enter your GA4 Measurement ID. Sellrn injects the GA4 script automatically — no code editing required.
