Sellrn walks you through a short onboarding wizard when you create your account. By the end of it, your store pages, theme, and initial settings are generated automatically so you can start editing right away.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign up. Go to sellrn.com and click Start free trial. Enter your email and create a password.
  2. Pick your industry. Choose the category that best matches your business: Fashion, Food & Beverage, Home & Living, Beauty, Electronics, Services, Health, or Custom. This shapes the starter content Sellrn generates for you.
  3. Choose a business model. Select how you plan to sell — Online Store, Wholesale, Hybrid, Catalog, or Showcase. You can change this later in Settings.
  4. Pick a theme preset. Choose from six visual styles: Editorial, Bold Commerce, Artisan Warmth, Modern Minimal, Luxury Noir, or Classic Commerce. Each preset sets your fonts, colors, spacing, and radius. You can customise everything after.
  5. Select your payment method. Choose Stripe (for card payments) or Cash on Delivery. You can add or change payment methods any time in Settings → Payments.
  6. Auto-build. Sellrn generates your storefront pages, sets your theme, and creates starter content based on your answers. This takes a few seconds.

Your store is live immediately

As soon as onboarding finishes, your store is accessible at:

sellrn.com/s/your-store-slug

It is not indexed by search engines until you publish it. You can preview it privately at any time from the dashboard.

What to do next

  • Add products — go to Dashboard → Products and click Add product.
  • Customise your design — go to Settings → Storefront to adjust colors, fonts, and layout.
  • Edit your pages — go to Dashboard → Pages, then click a page to open the visual builder.
  • Connect a domain — go to Settings → Domains to point your own domain at your store.
  • Run the launch checklist — go to Dashboard → Launch for a step-by-step guide to going live.

Common question: can I redo onboarding?

You cannot re-run the onboarding wizard, but every setting it configures can be changed manually. Go to Settings to adjust the business model and store info, and go to Settings → Storefront to change your theme preset.

If you want to start completely fresh, go to Settings → Danger Zone and use Reset store. This wipes all pages and products and lets you re-onboard.
